Encourage Betterment

I think in today’s social media world we see the best, we want the best, we want to be the best.  But today, my day was about betterment.  Not everyone is going to be the best saxophone player, the best football player, the best singer or the fastest runner.  God made each of us different for a reason.  We need to take our talents and always continue to make them better.  We need to encourage others also to always think of ways they can do it better or better themselves. If we get into the habit of meritocracy,  or okay being good enough, we won’t grow.  I’m not talking about perfection, I am talking about being the best person you can be at that moment.  Help others around you think about growing and learning and being the best person they can be too.
